Q. Can I return the products?

The Buyer must notify me by E-Mal within 14 days of receiving the item/s if they wish to retun them for any reason.
Photos of the products are required and must be emailed to me directly before sending these to me. The Address where you need to send the return to will be emailed to you.

Products which are not possible to return:
Meal Replacement Shakes and the Protein Pancakes where the seal has been broken and any personalised products. Sorry , these are NOT returnable, however if anything breaks during the shipment then there will be replacement of the item. Again, proof of the damage during the shipment must be emailed to me directly and asap.
The return postage is non-refundable.
Q. Do you accept PayPal and card payments?
Yes, PayPal payment are accepted. A PayPal account is not necessary. Using PayPal the Buyer is protected, same as the Seller.
You can also choose to pay with a Debit / Credit Card.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched as long as your payment was successful.
Orders are submitted immediately and dispatched Monday - Fridays. Tracking will be made available . All orders must be signed for and arrive within 1-2 Business Days. The courier is DPD. There is a small delivery charge of £5.95 which covers posting and packaging.
